They are 50% lighter than carts made of steel but ensure the same strength under extreme loads.

Aluminium is naturally corrosion-resistant and requires no additional surface protection.

Aluminium is completely recyclable.

UMC Industries Trolleys are made of F35 Aluminium, a special aluminium alloy from the 7,000 series.

Designed for high strain exposure, ideal for very strained welding constructions.

The material hardens strongly after welding, providing high stability.

Tensile Strength (after welding): Up to 175% higher compared to the standard 6,000 series.

WHEELS

The rubber wheels consists of a hard core inside and a softer light-grey tread which prevents marking floors. The inner wheel is made of shock-proof, unbreakable plastic-EXLAN with two precision ball bearings that are dust and water-proof and permanently lubricated. The castor guided front wheel is equipped with an oversized precision ball bearing And allows for narrow turns and tranquil smooth-running without the danger of tipping over, it cushions abrupt impacts

LOADING PLATFORM

The low loading platform offers an easier loading and unloading and secure hold of luggage placed on the cart especially when traveling on decent or slopes as well as when driving over steps or curbs

HANDLES

The push handle of hand friendly EXLAN releases the brake by moving up or down. The handle integrates pictograms with user and safety instructions. The basket‘s handle aids in the steering of the cart and increases the handling comfort

BRAKES

brakes actuate on automatic release when stacked, automatic brake activation when the trolleys are folded inside each other, the wheels are in direct contact with the ground, this design satisfies the occupants and allows service personnel to move the assembled trolleys quickly and safely. The braking mechanism, form fitted to the wheels, achieves approximately 30 % more braking power as opposed to common braking systems.
