Since its formation, UMC sought to head-hunt distinguished professionals for key positions and placed them at the helm of the organization. Listing such professionals provided the core for recruiting the right resources and building in-house experience and know-how. The business culture at UMC deals with the clients rather than as a business partner. This enabled me to work transparently with diverse proponents and sponsors to advocate the appropriate measured solution at the inception phase of the idea. The successful analysis, and feasibility studies, earned the trust, confidence, and respect of its valued partners for UMC.

ENGINEERING AND DESIGNING

With an experienced and talented team of engineers and draftsmen, UMC has an impressive profile of engineering and designing capabilities. UMC is well versed in developing designs for the telecom ISP and OSP environments, and for transforming specifications and requirements into proper implementable designs. With the diverse projects executed, the design engineers attained a level of knowledge and competency to deliver designs based on state-of-the-art components, and optimized for cost-effectiveness and field implementation constraints, with operations and maintenance in mind. The design team consists of the design engineer, designers for the telecom line diagram, configuration design teams, CAD operators, and site surveyors.
